Love the feeling of walking into a gym and not being judged by your size. Everyone is on their own journey. Everyone one I’ve come across is really friendly. The staff are brilliant and accommodating but most of all the friends you make is fantastic. Everyone helps and encourages each other. It’s a fantastic gym to be a part of

Highly recommend Active Fitness HQ, I have never felt so comfortable walking into a gym. The staff are friendly and make you feel very welcome and the facility has a great vibe about it. I have walked in and out of so many other gyms because off other peoples ego and that judgement feeling, but it's not like that here, everyone here is doing their own thing, but we all have the same end goal, to live a healthier life.I actually had a knee injury when I walked in the doors, i was strapping it daily just to even walk around the shops, specialist told me I had to limit what I did on it, but through the support and guidance of the team and my PT instructor Nick pushing me to my limits I no longer need to strap it, I'm not in daily pain and I'm also not just sitting on the couch feeling sorry for myself. I'm getting my life back.Again highly recommended xxo

Membership is dodgy.You must “let them know” 30 days before you want to cancel which they never tell you to begin with. They told me I would be charged x amount on this date and x amount on this date before my membership was cancelled yet they took more than the amount they specified. For a big business that’s linked to a reputable club, they sure know how to rip you off. Just be super mindful when starting a membership with them, or better yet just don’t.Also their classes are at super inconvenient times for those who work a typical 9-5pm especially the morning ones. I mainly signed up for the classes and was disappointed.

Great gym. Great bright atmosphere. Antibacterial spray and wipes everywhere with all gym goers practicing good hygiene wiping equipment after use. Water bubbler taste like chlorine though if your used to filtered water take your own. Timing is important too as it can get very busy early morning and evenings. Around 11am seems less populated. Overall great gym.

Love this gym. Excellent choice of equipment & the variety of class choice amazing. What is the best is the level of expertise of the instructors leading the classes. Very impressed. It is also wonderful to see so many attendees who are over 60 & 70. That really makes me smile!

I’ve been a member of active fitness since the gym opened and I absolutely love it ! It gained my confidence to train by myself. I love the classes and all the PTs and staff are so encouraging, non judgemental and knowledgeable.I now bring both my kids to the crèche and they love it. The crèche staff are so hands on.

I moved to this gym and absolutely love it here. Huge space with so many different fitness zones (group rooms, cardio, weights, free weights, core/stretching and an outdoor area). The gym is clean, the amenities are well kept, the lockers are a nice touch and the equipment is all modern. Best switch I ever made! The staff are so nice and the whole vibe of the gym is welcoming.Absolutely love this place

I just got to the gym and I've been informed that it's closed. I thought this was a 24/7 gym? That's the service I'm paying for. I'll be expecting a refund and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Very sad
