My wife and I had the floatation for the first time today. My wife wasn't sure about doing it but I wanted to give my sore limbs and back a special treat so she joined me for the couples float.We were made very comfortable in a lovely room and were taken through what the treatment entailed. The floatation itself was very relaxing, comfortable and soothing. We recommend it and have purchased 2 more for the near future!

Amber was very interested in knowing where my problem areas were, and did a very thorough deep tissue massage. My neck and shoulders felt 100% better after just one 1 hour session. I am defiantly requesting Amber again, as she has been one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Thank you for listening to what I needed. Worth every $ spent.

It’s the best experience, especially after a long day of work. I’m so glad they have opened up a city cave in Redland Bay, which is just two minutes from my house and makes it super handy…I have a sauna every two weeks and feel so much more refreshed and relaxed afterwards.

I went on a whim to help my body heal from post flu muscle weakness and shortness of breath and walked out feeling alive again. The attendants were amazing, giving me a tour, so I knew was available to me, explaining everything and the intro video was great. The waiting room is so peaceful, with tea and water facilities. I'm not usually a person who loves lying in silence but I've now become a huge fan of the floats. I've also had a couple of saunas which have also been amazing. The staff are all amazing and the whole place is clean and tidy. Plenty of parking so I dont have to worry about finding a park before my appointment.

One hour float session was exceptional. First time experience with Redland Bay City Cave and would recommend to anyone. For body and mind well-being, this simple experience was perfect. The facilities are amazing; high-quality sound-proofing, hygienic amenities, and lovely staff support and information provision. If you strive for holistic well-being, visit City Cave.

My goodness, this “cave” is absolutely beautiful. Perfect in every way. From the wonderful team to the incredible calm and restful atmosphere. Spotless, gorgeous decor and low lighting and all the special little touches make visiting a special experience. How lucky are we to have this amazing place in Redland Bay?
