I had to send a guitar from Rockhampton to Brisbane. Australia Post wouldn’t handle it because it was 3cm longer than their 105 cm limit. With no Pack and Send in Rockhampton I was advised to to contact the Mackay office. Mackay Pack & Send organized me to drop it off at a local transport company. It was dispatched that same day and arrived in Brisbane the next day with the buyer collecting the guitar from the local Pack and Send the next morning. The buyer reported that it arrived in perfect condition. All the paperwork was handled via email and tracking was easy through the Pack and Send website. I would certainly use them again. Thank you Mackay Pack and Send.

I’m so grateful for Jenny and her team. I was house sitting and having troubles with our real estate and so had to organise packing my stuff in such a short space of time and with so little time cause of work. She stepped in and helped me pack my stuff and packed everything so carefully. It was a seamless process and my stuff arrived in great condition within a good time frame. Anything Jenny thought was fragile and wouldn’t make the trip she bubble wrapped and packed in boxes with more padding.Truly grateful. Would 100% recommend.

Jenny was fantastic in assisting me with my parcel.. it needed to be picked up and wrapped in Sydney and delivered to Blacks Beach.. the timeframe and the way the package was boxed was excellent.. l would highly recommend

Jenny was amazing. Our item is to go to remote WA. She was very kind to me when I expressed financial constraints and was patient and stored our items until I got paid. This service has excellent customer care and very proactive in response to emails and phone calls. I wish that I could rate 10 stars! Thanks Jenny and the entire team at Mackay Pack and Send. You are all amazing!

Jenny and the team assisted me to navigate the complex process of getting a range of items to Italy for Xmas 2022. Jenny helped me pack the items and was able to save me certain heartache by informing which would be held up by customs and how to avoid this but still get the items there on time. I received tracking information the entire time and even advice around the collection point and requirements at that end for my family there. Amazing service and experience.
