we had a puncture and left the car at Jax. They fixed the puncture quickly so that we can drive back to Sydney. The service was very professional, informative and friendly. Please go to this shop for any tyre issue, you will be as happy as we are. Howard Nguyen, Sydney.

Not a happy chappy, three times wheel alignment, balance and rotation, the first was with new tyres before a long drive, after one day the car was pulling strongly right. Arranged an alignment and all was well after, it was way out.Second time again booked in to be told the tyres needed replacement being badly worn inner.Renewed the tyres, had one tyre service, went for a second service to be told the tyres were worn on the inners again, couldn't be aligned, new tyres again.Personal experiences only here.Either I'm just unlucky or the tech had off days when my car was there.Now a former customer.

Thought I had a punctured tyre and many places would've just changed the tyre and charged $200-250 but Jax tyres was able to fit us in last minute and manage find the cause which only needed a $35 fee. They are willing to help and not hungry to take advantage of you.
