We recently sold our home and were required to update our smoke alarms. Our neighbour recommended JMack and we made contact and the whole job was organised and everything went smoothly and on time. We would be pleased to employ them anytime.

Highly professional, arrived on time with some extra bits to complete another job on the day. We needed some light switches replace but also wanted downlights replaced some at a time and other jobs. Doing this when they have time and we have the money. So helpful and happy to do the jobs on an ongoing basis. Very happy to recommend

Would not use Mjack Electrical to install a garden solar light. they are rude arrogant and have no courtesy or respect for veterans.messy and expensive. (my opinion)

the person he sent out to do this was not to bad, (he does messy work I have wiring all over the place this is a hazard). It was when i tried to contact the business a few days later regarding the faulty lights that they installed, I had problems, I called, emailed, texted left messages to which i got no reply after about 3/4 weeks i finally got through and they said would be out that week wednesday afternoon - no show, no call, no text to explain why. so i tried to contact again no response. so i went on the facebook page and left the review saying that he responded with a excuse then blocked me - real mature.the owner of the business is rude, doesn't like negative reviews, bad service, messy work wiring all over the place, doesn't repair faulty work.when i tried to contact him regarding a warranty claim i had to put in i wanted to ask if he would check his work first the response i got was your the person who left the bad facebook review

Highly recommend JMack electrical. Managed to get an electrician to my house within a few days and installed all the fans, lights and switches along with a few other things in a short time frame. Cleaned up after themselves and did a great job! Will definitely use again thankyou.
