Friendly service but wasn't super happy with sns nails. To expensive for what I got. I liked the shape length but the color of my nails seemed to be lighter at tips and edges of my nails still feel rough in spots. Was rushed probably why job wasn't completed properly.

A friend and i came together for a pedicure and I got my nails done for a wedding. The staff were very obviously talking about us in another language and laughing which made us very uncomfortable. I requested black and gold ombre SNS and instead they used shellac and it was navy blue and silver and not ombre at all. they were made too long, stuck up at an odd angle and some looked like they were due for a refill once finished because they were applied to far from the cuticle. The first lady did such a bad job with the polished that another lady took over and had to remove it and start again, it still wasn't great but I was in a hurry and just paid and left. 3 days later the top coat was peeling off and one week later the nails were falling off. I was in another state at this point so unable to go back and complain but I definitely will not be back here again.

Seriously some of the worst sns I’ve seen, my nails have bumps and are not smooth, it’s completely obvious. I could have communicated at least 5 times for her to make it smooth like it should be. Also for such a poor job very over priced ? DO NOT GO HERE

This salon is very nice and clean. Lady, that did my manicure and pedicure, is professional and careful. All staff is always polite and friendly.

My nails were done nicely however it was busy got told to wait which was fine then they put my false nails on the went to start another person then came back and applied the sns then left again then came back to fill. I just don’t understand why they can’t just start a person and finish them before going to another client. They were doing it to everyone there and from the comments below end like it happens ALOT!! It’s quite a shame because the girl that did my nails did a great job but it was too much stuffing around and other people were happy today either, had one girl rip her nails off next to me because was sick of it. Such a shame!

I’ve been here three times now but I won’t be back. Load and Chaotic atmosphere with the owners kids running around the salon for starters. My service took forever. And then I got over charged by the male owner of the business, which seems to be a thing if you read the reviews here - $102 for sms nails and shellac toes!!! And he quietly asks everyone for cash. Ive never paid that price anywhere!!!

Horrible service ; gone a few times have waited soo long to get my nails done as they take in clients and can’t manage the people they have allowed in resulting in them jumping from person to person and waiting 2.5 hrs for a pedi and manicure couldn’t leave as they had started on me , it happened multiple times never going there again ! Horrible horrible service , went and got my nails done waited 40mins just did a manicure and then where going to other clients get them done while they had me waiting and charge me $23 for just manicure no polish cause I wanted to leave

First time using this salon as my current salon is on holidays and it was atrocious. I paid $110 in total for a terrible experience. My toenails were cut too short even though I explained I only wanted it a little shorter. The initial technician doing my acrylic nails was great, however someone else took over (I believe the female manager) and she forgot to file 4 of my nails down after putting acrylic on, in which I had to remind her they were not filed or shaped? My real nails can be seen under my acrylics, and they are all wonky and short. Felt very very rushed and was absolutely not worth $110. Won’t be returning and you can get much better service elsewhere for the same amount of money.

Every time I went to them I regretted it instantly. Very unprofessional staff, unwelcoming and rude.Came in for manicures and every time I did, they managed to cut me, make me bleed and if you complain they argue with you. The quality of their products as well as work is just disappointing and I honestly doubt if any of them have actual qualifications to do this job. You're better off just going to New Star Nail salon within the same shopping centre.
