Supportive and helpful. Only issue is the location is not very parking friendly if you are driving

Amazed very Impressed with all the staff there they engaged my 4 year old from the start she was very comfortable , she had the test with Chris who was amazing with her I just sat and watched she was so engaged by him. Very professional organisation never been so impressed in a medical setting.

I have been a client of HA since 2008. I have used the service at Campbelltown in all of that time. My experience has been most rewarding and I believe that I am receiving the maximum benefit achievable from my Sigma BTE hearing aids. The audiologists that have attended me over the years have all demonstrated excellent skills and, most importantly, a genuine desire to ensure that I am pleased with their services. I have a background in acoustics and that has certainly been useful in obtaining the best possible outcomes while that same skill set has given me a unique perspective of the audiologists and their work. I hear (no pun) many stories of experiences with my peer group with other providers, which make me extremely pleased to be a client with Hearing Australia.

I took my dad for a hearing appointment yesterday. I was very impressed by Alex the audiologist that we saw. She was helpful far beyond our expectations. Everyone else was friendly also. Highly recommended.
