Visited the store to talk to my ex staff in which are friends the manager who was employed to replace me didn't speak very abrupt towards staff,totally ignored me will not be going back into the store not an inviting environment at all good luck to the staff

Unusual and extensive collection of home storage items. Good staff but expensive. Awful location in one of the worst outlet" malls in Canberra. Parking is atrocious and made worse by traffic jams generated by badly designed approaches to the centre. Avoid on weekends."

In Melbourne to set up our new apartment so we went to The Victoria Gardens store. The service there was 5 star. Tom was so efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. I thoroughly recommend this store

A lovely lady named Alannah helped me buy a gift for someone today. I came in with my toddler and she was so patient and helpful with my decision process and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my purchase and able to get it back to the car.
