I was prescribed with some oral and topical medication and my acne got so much worse that I was so frustrated, it was so painful and frustrating for me. I asked one of the nurse who was looking after my treatment plan, she told me that it happens in the treatment journey, she was supportive and told me about the purging but at one point it didn’t even look like purging and my face was looking so worse and all covered with acne and pigmentation. I asked for a refund but she said that they don’t do refund as it’s a prescription medication. So, I lost my money and got left with a face with more worse acne and scars so, the overall experience wasn’t good at all

Was originally told by one of the doctors they could treat ocular rosacea (redness around the skin of the eyes) and I wanted an eye cream. After I sent in my deposit, my data and photos in front of a ring light, I was told they could not treat ocular rosacea and I needed to go to my dermatologist to get a referral to an optometrist (which is slack, because your team have doctors and you should of wrote one yourselves) also, my skin is very sensitive and reacts when I constantly change skincare, they’re are constantly updating their base formula and it was probably for the best! Before I made a deposit I asked a doctor about a cleansing oil and they said it was great and had answered my question. I then get an almost passive aggressive message from a nurse the next day saying I needed to book an appointment to get a consultation with a nurse then they can answer my questions, (that’s ok I’ll just ask my dermatologist no dramas).However, they have a list of amazing topical medicines for a number of skin disease and ageing concerns, the other reviews seem amazing and I think it’s still worth checking; only wish they didn’t lead me on and wasted my time.They gave me a full refund, no troubles, however, I hope they deleted my data, as there’s no point; I won’t be back.
