Ordered and had to pay upgront, told 2 to 4 weeks, they took 8 weeks and then delivered with all the bits to attach missing! They arrived 3 days later. Yes, they apologised but very poor service considering I upheld my part of the transaction by paying the total amount first. The blinds seem fine, but I cannot recommend this company.

We bought our first 3 outdoor blinds in 2012 for our back patio and bought another 3 blinds for our front porch in 2014. All our blinds are still in perfect condition and working perfectly. Good service with good prices. I've bought indoor blinds online from another company, but their service and quality does not compare to Online Blinds Australia.

I ordered one custom sized blackout blind and as the width was outside the normal sized windows, I had no issue waiting 3wks for it to be made and dispatched. Arrived quickly after I was notified of it being dispatched. Quality is better than the cheaper generic ready made blinds you find in the large haberdashery stores. Happy to shop again if I need more in the future.

I ordered 7 awnings for my home which were custom made to order and delivered direct to my door after they were ready. The process to assemble them was very easy and install even easier. They have really dressed my home up beautifully and were a wonderful price which was even better. Thank you very much
