Parks Dental Clinic
I attended Parks Community Dental Clinic today. The service was prompt and efficient. Both the Dental Nurse and the Dentist were extremely pleasant and provided extensive education te my issue. Reception staff were welcoming and sympathetic to my hearing disability. My visit there was a pleasant experience!!!

Worst service.Receptionists leave you standing there whilst they chat to each other. Dentists calling in sick and no notification until half hour before appointment Every time I have been here they are late. Been on a waiting list for over 12 months, everytime I inquire, the same excuse.. COVID. There have been zero cases of community transmission for many months now in SA. This is just the excuse being used to deflect patients who need their care due to politics and red tape in SA Health.Typical incompetent government staff and service.

First,This clinic will keep patients waiting for about an hour. today i had appointment there at 2:00 but I was seen at 2:40 by afemale chinese looking doctor, She was rude and did not quite seem to know what's going on(unprofessional) i had anormal decay in one of my teeth but she filled it like if she was doing surgery on me , she gave me very hard time and at the end she did not give me any medical advice. I will never go there again,i had horrible experience.

We have been to this clinic twice now for my 2 year old son. The staff have been lovely both times, made us feel very comfortable and they are super friendly. Both appointments ran on time as well, no waiting around.

Reception lady is worst... As in dental emergency it was book since 1 month ago, and she said on day before appointment Dr was sick, and I am in priority on again back log of quee. I asked reception and lady said to me just go private... Worst service

I was just spoken down too by the receptionist Trinh! I have a disability and really don't deserve to be spoken down too like a dog.!They cancelled my appointment because their dentist chucked a sicky..they called me to reschedule and treated me like a third class citizen! The rude receptionist hung the phone up on my ear and now I don't have an appointment.. Stressing out and in pain.. Thanks Trinh! I think I will pass on any treatment from this place..after reading the reviews it sounds like a butcher shop..yeh..nah...passssss!

Both of the fillings they gave me failed after a few months and I had to get them redone. One of them killed my back tooth and got really badly infected to the point where I had to extract it

Pretty happy with today's visit.The staff were really helpful and friendly, both when I rang and when they looked after me at the clinic.The reception person was very patient and helpful, and the professionalism of the team who fixed my tooth made me feel at ease during the procedure.Their infection control for covid-19 is excellent, I felt safe there being treated that I was at very low risk.Thankfully I just had a minor issue which they were able to fix very quickly, and am happy with both the service and the outcome.
