Very professional, friendly and easy to work with. Advocated for us to the homeowners for being good tenants, and was very quick about helping us organise replacements or professional services to fix things that broke (in our furnished apartment). Also very quick to get back to us with any other enquiries (including monetary). First truly good experience I have ever had with a leasing agent!

I rented an apartment for almost 18 months.Managing Director Frances is very responsible and always on the side of the tenants. She helped me resolve the situation when one of the residents of the house began to occupy my parking spot. Frances also coordinated the installation of an air conditioner during the pandemic.I have only positive experiences with the agency. This is one of the best agencies in Sydney. I definitely recommend them.

I had the best experience with Frances from East Sydney Realty in Zetland. I was desperately looking for a new place when Covid first begun and Frances helped me get into a new place very fast. She was clear with communication and always responded extremely fast. Then when I was ready to move out, I had given my notice but Covid happened again and Frances allowed us to stay longer in the property until we found a place.
