Waited 15 minutes, with only one worker and uber drivers getting prioritised.Still had 2 people in front of me when I realised I wouldn't have time on my lunch break to order and eat.Worst subway ever, don't waste your time!!

Dreadful, costly, BLT had 1 small piece of bacon,undercooked when I asked for really cooked.Meatball sub dry and tasteless, requested cheese could not find cheeseFilling was minimal and a flat mess.2 hot dogs one had to be reheated and I ate one cold.$26 of order was cold and dry and I only drove it home 500 metres homeOrdered 6” for all so had to correct her during process as girl started to make 12”Said 6” multiple times.Will NEVER use again, just Dreadful.Only giving 1 to enable comment.Service, value, quality -10

Walked into the store, it is advertised to close at 10pm, the worker says that the management changed the closing time to 9:30pm. It was only 8:50pm and then the worker said that they ran out of bread to make the sandwich. Poor excuses.

Horrible, Filthy and the place looks like it has never seen a mop. Zero for customer service, they are always out of things and do not have the basic sense of informing the customer that they are out of something before they start the order. Also, these bunch of scammers charge you way more than they should! Always check your receipt as I got charged $70 for 4 Footlong with no extras!

Their trading hour says 7am open but u go there at 730am the store is still not open. A guy name alex who is said to be the owner is very rude and always in a hurry to get the customer out of the store. Servings are less. Always short of staff and have to wait more than 5-10mins to get served. Staffs cant speak properly and cant understand and very slow. Not coming back ever again. Worst subway in Sydney.

I'm local and have eaten here often, but am always disappointed. What really puts things in perspective is when I go to any other subway. The Asian bloke is rude and rushed when making his subs. Doesn't look like he enjoys being there and it comes across with his sub preparations. I'm glad the kebab shop next door has opened.

This place has gone downhill in the last year or two. I think it might be under new management. The salads used to be fresh but now they’re not fresh at all and I don’t go there anymore. They used to be a lot of people there because the place was popular, but now there’s no one there ever.

I used to always get my food here (2yrs ago) you would get a footlong that you would sometimes wonder whether a 6 inch would have been enough and the staff were great. After two visits when it had changed hands I stopped going there, fillings were skimpy and if I requested a bit more cheese it was charged as an extra. Well, the other day I forgot my reasons and returned and ordered a 12 inch BMT, I put them to the test not asking for any more than what they provided, I soon remembered why I stopped going there. Once upon a time it felt you got more than what you paid for, now you get less, I could have eaten 2 footlongs. A one star rating is still one too many.

Absolutely stupid staff order only 2 different footlongs to get home and have somebody else order how dumb can u be this is why u should do one order at a time instead of 4 wow never experienced such a thing
