I am so happy with my purchase and the customer service. The staff working there were incredibly helpful and outgoing.

The WORST WORST WORST shop I have ever been to! False advertising, misleading and deceiving. They displayed a whole rack of 40%discounted coats. Clearly written on big sign on top of the rack as well as individual hangers. Seriously even individual hangers had 40% off and there were 5 of these same exact coats with 40% off written on it. We checked out and they charged us wrong. The store manager was rude and unapologetic. She fought back and said it's not their fault, the promotion ended and they haven't change the signs yet so they can't give me 40% off and charged me a higher price.According to ACCC, There are laws about the way prices are displayed. Prices should be genuine and you should be able to easily see the total price of anything advertised. If multiple different prices are displayed on a product or in advertising

Thank you so much to the lovely Nicki who helped me this morning at Dotti Garden City. I was anxious to go in as I was exchanging an item, but she was more than happy to help! Even went hunting for sizes for me with no issue at all. Lovely and friendly person with a beautiful smile. Absolutely impressed and all store employees should be more like her! Thank you again!

Thank you so much to the very helpful girls here. The size I wanted in a particular coloured skirt wasn’t available but they offered to have my size delivered to my house for free! What an amazing service that many other stores should consider.

Went through 7 clothing stores before finding this gem. There's merchandise for most age groups and at 54, the kind young assistant asked all the right questions. I ended up with 2 gorgeous dresses and 30% off. Kudos to this store. Love it!

Amazing Customer Service! Sarah is worth her weight in gold.I was in here yesterday (Sunday) and was welcomed to the store by Sarah. It was really lovely that she made an effort to personalise my experience by introducing herself by name.I was on the hunt for a casual yet nice dress for a wedding next week. I of course picked a sale item and unavailable in my size. Sarah then went into action mode. She found the same cut in a different style so I could find my size and then looked up the store availability without me having to ask - then called the store and confirmed it was there and placed a hold on the item. She also suggested so many other options I could make work then and there. Its like she actually cared and that isn't something you tend to get anymore.So thank-you Sarah :)
