I can understand that the cafe was busy however, the customer ahead of me got their food and drinks before me. After half hour we got our drinks and I had to send the coffee back as it was cold. No apology was given, care factor zero.

The store is large in seating capacity but isn’t isolated to its own area. I enjoy it but one guy working at front of house has been rude on different occasions. The staff are hit and miss in how they interact with customers. The general feel isn’t great.

AVOID. Absolutely obscene price for a coffee. Never have I payed $8.80 for a large dirty chai. Unfortunately, it was just average in quality. Best believe I’m never returning.

Eftpos machine not working. Asked for cash. I don't carry cash, so I went to the ATM. I asked if my order could just sit there while I get the money. Was told no problem. Came back with the cash and was made to wait in line again to pay. By this stage, the line was quite long as everyone couldn't use their card. I couldn't wait again, so I left.

Took over 20 mins to get a takeaway coffee at 3 pm. It was very quiet with only a few people sitting at tables and 1 other person waiting for a takeaway order, but it took way longer than I thought was acceptable.Luckily, I wasn't in a hurry.Coffee was super hot and very weak.

Expensive!!! $17 for the pictured frittata and small coffee. I feel ripped off. Coffee was just okay, not bad, not great either. Waited way to long for this order. Frittata was nice and tasty, but the bacon on top was super dry. Customer service was meh... Most likely won't be back just because of how expensive it is. For the price, it needed to wow me, but it didn't.

Needed a caffeine hit after a long drive to Newcastle, grabbed a take away cappuccino. Was served in a double cup, I was cautious on first sip thinking I was going to scald my tongue, but was very surprised to find my coffee to be just on luke warm. Was very flavourless and not worth the $4.80
