Very clean and tidy. The couple running the motel were lovely, when the towns power went out they came to each room with candles.We enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again.

Room was one of the smallest motel rooms we have ever come across but it was fresh, new and very user friendly. Value for money.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I accidentally booked the wrong dates, rang and they were very happy to change the dates no issue at all.Room was big and clean. Plenty of off street parking.

We enjoy staying at the Altona. Older motel but clean and comfortable with reasonable prices. Easy to find and fairly quiet at night although close to the road.No restaurant here but a service station next door do meals that are OK.

Stayed 1 night in a Superior Queen room. It was clean & comfortable. The room had a kettle & toaster which was great so we could make our own breakfast. Fresh milk provided also along with plates, bowls & cutlery. Parking available at the front of your room. As the motel is on the main road, you do hear traffic & truck noise.Only a few minutes drive into the main street with shops, cafes, pub & supermarket. Great value & would stay again if visiting the area.
