Chemist Warehouse Niddrie

Do NOT use this business. My two visits were very unpleasant in every regard. Security behave aggressively like everyone is a shoplifter. Staff have a bad attitude, as if it is a burden to render any assistance. Finding stock is very difficult - items are not stocked in a logical or consistent manner. And worst of all - a simple request for a refund or exchange (with receipt) within 24 hours of original purchase is refused - and again with a very aggressive and totally rude attitude from the pharmacist. Avoid this business at all costs. Pity there is no 'Zero Star' rating.

Double charging and no sorry.I went to the store today. A man at the cashier double scanned one of my item. Right after we were out of the store, we checked the receipt and came back to him immediately. Yes we were charged twice for the same item. The staff who double charged it just laughed to his colleagues: “haha i double scanned it “after checking our groceries bag. We felt like we were thefts. Then another woman helped me “returned the item”. No sorry at all. It was very rude of them to double charge us without saying any sorry. I understand that double charging is just simply a mistake but at least please say a sorry and do not treat customers like thefts. I wish they could have given me a sincere sorry instead of laughing like nothing happened.Will not come back for sure.

Avoid Chemist Warehouse Niddrie. In addition to rude staff, they are refusing to give refunds. I bought a product yesterday for my wife who said it wasnt suitable for her so I took it back with the receipt, asking for a refund, but was told they couldnt give one. When I asked why they said it was for customer safety. They said how do we know it wasnt sitting in your cabinet for 12 months". I reiterated that the product was bought yesterday

Further to a exchange issue, I requested to see a manager. I spoke with Kyle, the pharmacist in charge. He spoke to me like I was a child. He implied that I was lying when I wasn't. That was a terrible , insulting and humilating experience for me. Never visit this pharmacy. His insults left me very distressed.

Good pharmacist service as they made up a dermatology compound cream script that other pharmacies couldn't fill, I did ring through before hand first to confirm they had the ingredients and time. They also gave me a safety net reciept without a problem which I requested.Thank you.

Tried to return a lip liner that I purchased approximately a week ago. The liner had the crayon broken out of the liner. The staff did not believe me, asked for my bank details (for which I refused). The pharmacist in charge ( Kyle) was extremely rude and unhelpful. Terrible customer service . Will not be returning to this store.

It's a great neighbourhood local chemist but unfortunately it has an over controlling stalker bully of a security guard of muslim descent who has been targeting my friend and neigbhour. He has displayed consistemt discriminatory behaviours towards my good honest and honourable friend, accused her of stealing based on some quick.moving cut camera footages thT are not clear. My friend is very distressed. humiliated and upset about this whole episode. She is a very honest and sincere person.

Really negative experience. My partner and I were wandering around looking at products, having a fine time. I noticed the security guard following us around and lurking making me feel like a crook. We went up to the counter to purchase our items, he watched us the whole time then STILL pulled my partner up when we were leaving, demanding a receipt which we didn't have because we shouldn't need one. He insisted he show the transaction on his banking app. Completely unnecessary and uncalled for. I grew up in Niddrie but I won't be back to this store.
