Little Star Soccer

Back in June we paid for my kids to attend a trial session each. On the day of the trial no one (from this business) showed up, leaving us & other families waiting around outside the locked gym. We were confused and the kids very disappointed. We tried calling, emailing, etc but no one bothered to explain what happened until we got a text from Jason 2 or 3 weeks later basically asking us if we wanted to join up permanently; I told him that while we had no hard feelings towards his business, we'd like our money back as we need something more reliable and organised. We never heard back from him despite him promising our money back within days. We've since tried calling, texting and emailing again to get our money back but gave up after a month or so. For what it's worth, I would not recommend this business.

Don't bother working for them, they can turn on you. I know because I used to work for them.

Complete disregard for their customers - stay away

Brought my little cousins down for a trial- and now they're in love with what the program has to offer. The programs offered are welcoming and accommodating to all levels of students' needs is an A+ for me. I especially like use of ease online payment system.. Thanks to all staff for being so diligent in working with our needs as clients! My cousins love it !

Please do not waste your time, money or energy on this organisation. We came from going to a wonderfully run class through another business (which closed its local franchise) to Little Star Soccer. Appalling communication, three cancelled classes in a row, no response to requests for refunds and a general lack of professionalism and basic business skills.It's been a lesson in disappointment for my three year old who turned up every week, even with a newborn in tow.Please stick with one of the better established franchises.16 January 2017 Edited to note: Despite a promise for refund in November nothing has been received some two months later and I have subsequently lodged a complaint with CAV for resolution.
