Would love to give zero star. Ordered 3 shorts for my wife for 1hr click-n-collect service which the definitely don't provide. Reached there after 1 hr 15mins later and the girl at the counter told us to come tomorrow to pickup as it was being packed in some warehouse in NSW. When I told her I selected 1hr click n collect and why should I wait 24 hrs for that she told us that she dont know and they are store n don't know about website. Rebel is a brand n neither a B&M store or a website. If you dont honour ur website transactions or cant be responsible for online you should not offer service n the girl at the counter dosent deserve the job. If you can't provide service don't market it as a service that you provide. No wonder all these store are going out of business. They only know how to be cry baby and lobby government for favouritism when online competitor comes in the market. Look at amazon n their customers service n learn may be 10% n you will get up to service level of early 2000 with your crapy training of ur staff. Anyway never buying anything from rebel.

The women who work here are awesome, especially Mandy. She was very attentive and helpful, and made the experience safe and welcoming. Please extend my thanks to her, she has excellent customer service skills.

Had to return an item of clothing wrong size.Staff very helpful exchanged no problem.

Please extend my thanks and appreciation to several staff members at your rebel sport store in Belconnen. The cashier, Tayla was an absolute super star as I had to come back in several times due to incorrect sizing of snow gear. There were 2 other staff members who were very accommodating and helpful with my purchases by finding different sizes for me and also assisting me by taking my items to the front.All in all a great experience and a very happy customer!

I picked up a knee brace from Rebel not knowing what to expect. However, the service was excellent and the assistant took me through the different brands, sizes etc. His attitude was really helpful and supportive. I bought the right brace and feeling much better- would go back to this store again.

Just a quick little shout out to the sales person today who judged me solely by my outward appearance. I made a comment that I might need to upsize my shoe size due to having wide feet before she looked me up and down then laughed at me. Yes, I may be overweight due to a medical condition BUT I have had wide feet no matter what size I have been. You have no idea what someone is going through. Do better.

Didn't have the size we needed but we were able to order online from rebel for delivery.

I am leaving this review for Stephen for his great service and assisting me in my shopping. It was not just one instance, but twice that he showed me his greatness in customer service, his knowledge of products, and his willingness to help and guide customer. On boxing day and among all the customers who had questions and needed help, he professionally and patiently helped me to choose a pair of sport shoes that are suitable for my workouts. Today, and about the closing time of the shop, I was wandering among products to find something for my knee support. Again, he professionally guided me to the right product. People like him are not just sales persons or team members, they are like advisors and consultants, and I do enjoy shopping from a store that has such people. His willingness to help, patience to listen to customer, as well as giving time and space to customer to decide what to buy and not pushing customer are all impressive. Thank you Stephen.

I understand sales is all about screening the customer, minimising time and actually getting a sale. I also understand you need young blokes need breaks. But when a young boy obviously has no interest in my needs as a customer, when other young boys pour out of the stock room in groups. It starts to look to me like no one is interested in keeping their jobs. You have to work the numbers, kids. I was taught you need to work up 100 NOs before you get a YES. That’s a big number with a low percentage strike rate, uh?. If you spend all your time in the stockroom you leave very little time to work the numbers. Arrogant young men who go to work to boast about their athletic prowess do not makes good salespersons (didn’t see any girls so no slur against you here). Now boys, I look old, I get that but that means I have more life experience than you. I am there to make a purchase. I do not go to shops to socialise. You treat me nicely you might get a YES and save yourself hounding another 99. But you treat me badly and I’ll write stuff like this, I’ll talk about you in a bad light. Remember, a sale is a sale $80 or $64. It’s all money, it’s all legal tender and your bosses will not appreciate you comparing your shoe size in the back room when they have hired you to work the numbers, ok?. You understand? A welcoming smile, a cheery “how can I help?” and a willingness to serve - it’s called customer service…get with the programme, kids.
