This is the worst car wash I have ever been. They did not vacuum properly, out side of car and polish was very poorI will never recommend

I Will never use this service again.They encouraged me to pay $57 for a platinum clean but the car was left dirty. I simply wiped the car with my fingers and they turned black. When this was pointed out they used a cloth and spot cleaned. The windows were still dirty! Did they even hose the car? They did not even care that I was disappointed.

Rude rude rude.Car is genuinely clean. I feel they just took a look at the car and didn’t even try to clean it.They didn’t even see dirt in the front seat while they were cleaning. Told the boss and he immediately cleaned the car himself. Even tried to be friendly with us after such a bad service. Never again.

This business should shut down ASAP. The workers here are seriously damaging the brand name of Star Car Wash. Extremely dishonest workers. You will see no difference between basic wash, polish or platinum. They cut every corner while “washing” your car and you’ll still find dirt inside your car as well as unwashed patches on your car’s exterior. If you are foolish enough to go to this place, at least make sure no valuables are left in the car. The workers steal coins from customer’s cars. Do not bother with this place. Biggest CHEATERS.

Don’t use this car wash service! I paid $45 to have my small car washed and vacuumed inside. They told me they would charge an extra $20 just to “wipe down the surfaces” inside the car which I found ridiculous and made no sense. They didn’t even take rubbish out of my car that I had intentionally left, like empty wrappers which was clearly rubbish. They sprayed my leather seats with some unsuitable cleaning product that has left stains on them. Now I’m finding random scratches on my car and rim that I never had before and I truly believe it was them! So if you decide to go here make sure you check your car fully over before and after because they are not to be trusted.Disgusting.

Worst car wash experience. Never recommend this car wash. I paid $69 dollar for premium service. But not up to the mark really. Those guys were cleaning/wiping my car while smoking. As a result, one of them put ash on my car body and its not getting off now from car paint.

Got offered a detailing for $100. The car was hardly wiped down. When I questioned it he yelled at me and told me my car is dirty. Real? That's why I'm getting it cleaned. He wanted to charge me $260 for further details". Worst car wash I have ever been to."

I wish I checked online reviews before going to this car wash (they obviously reflect the poor service customers receive). I've never written a bad review for a company online, but the I'm SO utterly dissatisfied with the service that I felt compelled to. My true score would be -5 stars, but unfortunately Google doesn't allow for anything below 1.For a $57 interior and exterior clean, I would expect that the interior would at least be TOUCHED. The only thing that was done was vacuuming. The car was glistening from the outside but the inside should have been too! $57 is way over priced to provide a result like this.And to add to this, when I unlocked my car, it started beeping loudly like I'd never heard before....trying to figure out what was wrong. The man who cleaned it, put it in park but didn't lift the handbrake up!?!?!?Seriously how is this place still in business with so many bad review and obviously a terrible job at cleaning cars???? Embarrassment for the owner.

As usual, you are highly reluctant to try a new car wash, but I highly recommend this one. They fixed scratches and polish the car so well for such a cheap price. They did a fantastic job on the interior and exterior of the car for such a cheap price staff and the owner was so helpful And so knowledgeable that every question I had they answered and they did not let me leave until the car was perfect. Would highly recommend for any car enthusiasts definitely coming back. I would also highly recommend the polish. The owner is very skilled at polishing and restored my paint job .

The car wash was very good and the wash and polish made it look like new. It had a reasonable price for job done. Rajan had very good customer skills and offered good discounts and was polite in manner.
