Ingenia Holidays One Mile Beach

Awesome awesome AWESOME. Staff fantastic, facilities top class. We had a group of over 130 and EVERYONE so pleased, even security guards on weekend awesome. Can't thank you/praise you enough. One Mile Cafe/Restaurant near site awesome too.

Just finished a stay at Ingenia Holidays One Mile Beach! Woe! What a place! The whole family loved it and we didn't want to leave! Will definitely be back. Over and over again! Thanks to the team on site!

The place isn’t bad. But not clean. It is like they haven’t cleaned the place for years. Greasy, sticky and stains visible everywhere. I spent a good amount of time wiping down benches just to make them not sticky. The beds in the cabin wasn’t comfortable. For the price they charge (>$400 a night) I would have expected at least a clean place. A bit disappointed.

Great facilities. Long weekend activities were great for the whole family. Loved our stay and would stay again. Also the fact that we could bring our fur babies was an amazing added bonus.

Have been here 4 times now and every single time we've had a fantastic time. Villas are just amazing, clean and perfect location. 2 minutes from the bar/restaurant and just behind the dune which leads to the beach. Absolutely will be back!Food and drink were also fantastic.

Great location but staff could be a but more helpful and diligent.We had booked particular sites for a reason and when we arrived they had moved us to very sloped sites making it difficult to level the van. I also feel it's not safe allowing fires in such a crowded park. We had to put up with stupid people next to us having a raging fire right next to someone's cabin, burning toxic timber offcuts. The security guards didn't seem to do anything about it. The bathrooms weren't kept very clean either. Not somewhere we'd rush back to.

DONT COME WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.Had to move bed to try to charge my phone. the bath tub tiles were very moldy and dirty. took my daughter on a scooter ride, cleaners driving unsafely, blasting music trying to make each-other laugh. One of the cleaners in a buggy was driving on the right side of the road, while i was turning into that street on the left side. The “hot”tub was room temp and had many leaves and stuff in it. Tried to take a nap and cleaner was blasting music while cleaning the cabin next door. The pedal bike things seat was very loose so when I went over the speed bumps, i flew off the side a bit. NOT SAFE NEVER RETURNING

The cabin s are lovey and cozy. The location was beautiful. There is a fabulous cafe/bar walking distance. The pool and spa area are fabulous. A very relaxing and tranquil holiday.

A few friends and I booked some powered sites for our caravans here. The place itself is actually very lovely. Clean well kept facilities and security was very good making sure people were safe and all abided by rules. However the actual site itself requires work. There was a lot of mud and exposed dirt to deal with. Which made putting the van in a messy experience and also made camping in general uncomfortable due to all the mud. My constructive criticism would be to have a pad placed there, granted this is not cheap the alternative to a spot that is hard to grow grass would be to place pebble stone down or fake grass. This way the van itself won’t be parked in mud and squish all its mess everywhere. Would I come back. Yes. But if I had another site that was like the last I certainly would not be happy. When paying such a price one should expect the site to be clean and not mess your whole are up.
