The booking process was very easy, I submitted an online enquiry in the morning and received a phone call later that day. The lady on the phone was helpful, she found a psychologist that was within my area and was able to book me in within 2 weeks.

The booking process is super quick & easy, phoned up & made an appointment within a matter of minutes. The range of appointment times I had to choose from was great & they had appointments available during the day, afternoon & late evening. Associated Counsellors were very easy and quick to work with. I submitted an enquiry in the evening and received a call the next morning with an appointment for my requested day, just a few days later. It is so great that we are able to seek support and receive it quickly via this company as opposed to waiting weeks - months for an appointment, usually resulting in situations and mental health worsening due to lack of support in this time. Highly recommend going through this company.
