The Woolshed is a beautiful store with beautiful clothing and accessories. The staff are really engaging and so happy to help in any way. I recently made a purchase online and had my order shipped to NZ and it was very fast and they helped me with sizes. Thank you to the lovely staff, I love my new items, very happy with the service I have received.

Popped into the woolshed australia whilst visiting from Qld.. very impressed with quality and design of products.. staff very helpful and up to date with product knowledge .. walked away with a lovely cardi which will keep me warm for years!

The lady who severed me was condescending and rude. I put the product back went 2 doors down and spend 300.00 elsewhere. It was a pretty women moment i wanted to go back and show her how much i spent in the next shop.society

Beautifully presented store with quality product. Its undoing is the staff in store. Rude and pretentious! Refused to buy on principal and spend money in another store nearby, where the staff were warm, welcoming and genuine, rather than being superficially judged. As a local I will not be recommending this store to any family or friends who visit. This store represents the stereotypical ‘we serve privileged white people only’.

I visited The Woolshed earlier this month on the hunt for a new winter sweater, the staff were kind and accommodating and helped me find the perfect fit and fibre! (Being sensitive to some wool types) I’ve found it hard to shop for the right jumper.. the ladies at The Woolshed made this experience seamless! Upon returning, I purchased two throws for birthday presents - the friendly staff members were kind enough to gift wrap them for me. Can’t wait to return & shop some more!

This is a high end store, full of lovely wool cushions, blazers, jumpers, blankets etc. The women who served me were so personal and kind. One even let me try on her own blazer so I could see that colour. I didn’t end up buying anything but enjoyed visiting the store.

Came into the store over the weekend with visiting family as they were looking for some woollen scarves .Our group was spoken down to by the rude impertinent sales assistant, which left the group feeling rather unwelcome.There’s a tactful way of addressing an issue and then there’s a patronising, condescending approach taken by this particular sales assistant.

The Customer service is non existent. Trying to buy a $600 blanket and the lady was so rude, told me that I could not touch anything, move away from the table and not to sit on the couch. So we walked out. We ended up buy from a Lovely gallery a couple doors down. It just felt like she thought she was better then everyone shopping and made us feel like we shouldn't be in there.
