Chemist Warehouse Central South Morang SC

The waiting time on script's is absolutely ridiculous. I've waited up to 40 minutes for a script if not longer.For them to tell me they haven't got it in stock..They had to go to another chemist to get what l needed. And had to wait another 20 minutes. Pull your socks up chemist warehouse..I'm in no hurry to shop there again. Would rather go elsewhere

This is bar far the best chemist warehouse I have been to and I've been to a lot of them.Helpful staff at the front and back.Ive been there at different times of day and never had to wait long at all for a script, I do believe people need to stop exaggerating with negative reviews just because they don't get their way or are just having a bad day.Your problems are not the staffs problems so get over yourself.

Absolutely abyssmal customer service by the sorry excuse for a pharmcist. Very argumentative when told that he had filled the prescription incorrectly and apparently cannot do basic math. Every other pharmacist I have seen while on this medication for over a year has been able to add two numbers together to get a result but not him. Do not visit this place for a prescription

Pharmacists we very patient and persistent with an issue with a prescription and I appreciate them taking the time to sort it out, sales staff we also very friendly and welcoming

Terrible customer service when it comes to exchanges. I purchased innersoles for my husband and then when I got home noticed I got woman's instead of men's. Due to a family member passing away as well as Christmas, I was unable to take them back to swap until 4 weeks after purchase. Item had not even been opened and I had my receipt. I did not want a refund just an exchange. To be honest I was also going to purchase other items so sale would have been over $100. Sales assistance first said yes, and told me to go and get the items I wanted to exchange for. Then found me in the ailse and told me no, can't be done as over 14 days. I explained the situation with a family member passing but she didn't care and still said no and to contact head office. Contacted them and they also gave poor customer service. Just terrible service over $20. They have now lost a customer, will not shop at chemist warehouse again!

Beautiful store, so neat and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful, as is the pharmacist. Easy to park and quick service. Everything you need

Store is well located although it could do with some more signage near the roadside drive in as it is easy to miss the correct turn off when driving in an easterly directionStore is clean, well laid out, has a good atmosphere and prices are competitiveThe staff are very helpful and friendly, they are certainly a credit to the company as they are all very knowledgeable, especially the store manager.Could not fault the service from everyone associated with this store.

New store, easy to park but the staff in the register is not friendly (a bit rude). The store is quiet but they just could not be bother. I've been to plenty of Chemist Warehouse stores in this area and this store is absolutely not my favorite. Not happy experience...
