Nice selection of breads and the usual supermarket stuff.Overpriced as all Coles and Woolies are at the moment.Support small business when you can.

A pretty good Coles. Big clean wide isles. Stick normally full veggies fresh. Plenty of trolleys. Self serve nuts and nibbles. Large range clothing department. Self serve check outs but they don’t open til after 9am which is annoying on busy school run mornings.

A really shabby store, trollies too close to entrance. Shelves throughout store messy and full of empty cardboard., did not inspire me to shop in fresh food.

There are literally only 3 non self service checkouts left. This is an utter Disgrace. Staff get fewer shifts, and disabled customers are forced to used self service. Or, are forced, to shop online, which further isolates them. This is Disgraceful

Online terrible did not refund amount. Changed items less than and did not take this into account. Don’t Order online over $25 in fees and wrong items in a $100 Shop. Will message head office omg !!

Very rude Deli staff! Don't get a job in Customer Service if Customers are an inconvenience to you. Management please ensure that your staff are adequately trained if you would like your Customers to return!

Would drive out of our way to this Coles for the speedy teller service, and great customer service from the long term mature age staff.Last week I dropped in, and now have installed mostly sell serve counters.Watched three young staff stand near teller area talking about non related work for five minutes, while the only teller had four customers with full trolleys stand waiting, and me being the last in the que with six items.I was served finally, by the male in the group, by scanning my items.No other register was opened for customers with full trolleys, not that they had a register to open, since the counter refit, I could only see two standard registers.I will now avoid this Coles store and go to woolworths.What a shame, customer service no longer exists at this store.

Very quick inside. Plenty of self-service. And make sure u don't walk up to ile card only like I did. 100 back from bags to grab another self serv ile . Cash redo it every item . Once I got over card ile cash ile. Sign should be eye hight not 6ft man look up str8 up. Silly placed signs don't see unless pointed out.
