We bought our home from Bell Realestate and now we are looking at a second one, the team are lovely and really know the area.

Found tony to be extremely rude and he made me not interested in the property as soon as i spoke to him.

Having rented for many, many years, I can honestly say that Michelle is one of the best Property Managers I have ever come across. She is quick to respond, fair and reasonable with requests and a delight to deal with. She has excellent local knowledge and contacts. I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful rental home and Property Manager!

Dealt with Carly as the agent. Terrible follow up. Waited 5+ months to have 1 plumbing issue fixed with human toilet waste flowing all down side of house for 5+ months, issues with down pipes not capable of doing job in events of rain and roof size. Meant previous issues of water damage that I kindly repaired by replastering kitchen walls, cornices and painting a total of 3 times. Before giving up as issue still has not been resolved in over 1.5 years. So water constantly runs down internal walls damaging personal property. Now water comes in down 3 separate house walls, 4 ceiling sections, 3 window sills and main kitchen and dining beams. No action even attempted in 1.5+ years making back yard un useable due to fence constantly falling down. Waited more than 5months to have any one out after our main power broke away from severely rotted timber faceas, running across front yard a metre from ground and then into our neighbors hard. Making the front yard unusable for 5+months. Holes in ceilings and open points that owner never bothered replacing as discussed when first moved in. Had to be personally plastered and sealed after possums regularly were found in house and internal doors needing to be closed at night for safety. Found Carly to have no concern for conditions of property or make effort to deliver on what most would expect from other Bell Real estate agents given the quality u get or hear from other agents within the brand. Very disappointed from beginning to the end unfortunately and now raising through VCAT.

I have rented many properties over my long life, and I have to say that as a tenant, Michelle Karanikich is one of the best agents I have had. She seems to be incredibly organised, efficient, fair, and personable. When I missed out on the first property she organised the next property for me, even before it was advertised. It was an extraordinary house and I loved living there, all the more for the support Michelle and Nicky provided to both the owner and me as the tenant. They are a great team. Thanks ladies. Moving into and out of a property is stressful, and you made it that much easier for me by being so considerate and efficient. Awesome experience.

As a tenant. I was not happy with Michelle as a property manager. I was at times given only hours notice via email that a tradesman was coming. And he would turn up and be locked out. And she would also say to me. We will just let ourselves in we have a key. All the time...Would you like this.... I did notNot happy with there professionalism...
