My favourite service centre. They do what is needed and explain options when there are some. Mechanic Tom is charming and trustworthy.Reliable and reasonably priced too. I am really happy to recommend them. An extra bonus is that I can drop the car off for a service, and then explore Southland Shopping Centre which is literally across the road.

I really like this place, they have always been honest with what is needed and what is not needed when my cars go in the workshop. They service my work vehicle (Toyota), my Mercedes and my Jaguar. They even contacted GM America to find some wiring charts for an old muscle car i had, then they sorted out the problem that previous workshops could not. Very clever

Started going to Bosch Southland after being ripped off by the Honda and Mazda servicing. The boys at Bosch Southland are great they tell you how it is and what needs to be done. Always spacing the costs over serving schedules, and doing the urgent stuff first. We get both our cars serviced there and I really value the judgements of Tom and Arthur - they have always been honest and trustworthy... would highly recommend Bosch Southland Servicing!

I hadn't used this service centre previously, but took a chance based on reviews. Tom was very knowledgeable, accurately and quickly diagnosed the problem with my central locking system (fault in the wiring) and the repair price was very reasonable. Had the vehicle back sooner than expected. Would recommend this business.

Mechanic was misleading and eluded to more issues which remained unresolved after he ‘decarbonised the engine’ for $300 in addition to $39 for oil flush/cleaner, $48 for an oil filter, plus $115 for a scan tool diagnostic fee which all other mechanics I spoke to after said they do it for free. End result was I traded in the car the next day which was still blowing smoke after they charged me $1200. Total rip off!!!!

Took my ute hear to get scan tool put on it.as airbag light was on.they ring me hour latter.pick car up said he could clear code.still charged me job couldn't complete or just ripped me of $100 dollars add said scan done free.funny thing took car else Wear next day took airbag light of.the garage fixed it said report these people theives

Tom is a nice guy, as is Sam but given l also work in the automotive trade l expected more competitive pricing and far better service!!Had a log book service done which included a tyre/wheel rotation/balance ($45), clearly they failed to road-test the vehicle because it was pulling Left badly, had to spend another $100 on wheel alignment.Lost a days work whilst they had it all day (my own work vehicle) + another 3 hours at tyre place!Tyre guy said they should NEVER have criss-crossed wheels in the 1st place!!Oil is overpriced at $18.95 (litre), $15 Environmental Disposal Fee"....$5-$10 is industry average.My advice is to shop around

EGR valve replacement was performed which saved my vehicle!Forgot to mention that they fixed my VW van's sliding door problem with a single visit for a fraction of the price a VW dealer service centre quoted me for, not to mention that the dealer actually couldn't fix even after a few services.
