Horrific service, had Simone Butun, who I found insensitive and disheartening.She was fifteen minutes late to start first session, and made sure- as they do, finished on time. Also very prompt in taking payment at the end. Doubt I know anyone that answers phone calls during a meeting in general, yet alone during a one on one with someone who is vulnerable and fragile.After session said will get in contact sometime next week to book in second appointment and will email out details for rebate. Did not reach out or send information. Three weeks later I rang up to make the second appointment- to which she then had the audacity to say 'I was just thinking about you'. What a joke.I understand people get busy, and can forget, but in that case you do not say I will get in contact with you and not follow through, people find it hard to build the courage and motivation to ring up and bring themselves to see someone in the first place, which you would think a psychologist would be well aware of.Unprofessional and of very poor service. Would be terrible to find out something bad had happened to a client due to your forgetfulness or insensitivity.- Still no email on information on rebate.Second session she kept going in and out of the room 'hope you don't mind'. Did bare minimum during session, barely spoke about what was going on with me. Felt as if she was dragging session to use up more sessions.I did not receive my rebates for both sessions up until a week after my second apt.Both times I left feeling worse than I had entered.I understand certain people are not for everyone and it takes a few psychs before you find someone that is right for you, however not sure how someone of 'fifteen years of practise as a psychologist in a variety of settings', goes about their sessions in this manner, especially with the type of people they deal with.Would not recommend her to anyone especially if you are fragile and in a bad place mentally.
