Very annoyed bought a 3d printer it was faulty went to get a replacement rhey insisted that I leave it to be set up by the manager for 2 days like im some idiot who can't follow instructions ... ended up having to demand a refund not impressed won't be back to this store again

Very disappointed with my experience at Jaycar Port Macquarie. I was sold a faulty fuse which destroyed my battery and potentially could have burnt my car to the ground! When I contacted the store it took two weeks to speak to their customer service department who wanted nothing to do with the issue or to help with any compensation towards damage caused by there faulty product

Just wanted to say thank you for following up about my faulty brass monkey fridge. I spoke to someone there when I was in Western Australia about options and though he couldn’t help, he was very helpful calling back with some suggestions. I ended up getting it fixed through Bettta Broome and Brass Monkey in Western Australia who were incredible. Thanks again, I realise that you were unable to fix it but showed you cared.

I've been shopping here for over a year; Fantastic Selection, great prices, awesome knowledgeable friendly staff & great help if anything goes wrong. Most of their huge selection of electronic components are in supermarket like isles free for the customer to browse at will. Usually within a minute or 2 a staff member will approach you to personally assist you in finding what you want or r happy to let you cruise solo if u like. I have always been happy with my purchases from Jaycar; They are the best electronic store i have ever had the pleasure of shopping at. Thank You Jaycar & Staff!! I dont work there bye the way, i wish did.
