Staff were very friendly and helpful, but I did not like walking back in there to pick up my fridge with a surprise of a bill. I was not contacted before the work was carried out and being on a budget, I would have put a plan together for repairs, as the work had already been done, I had to pay a bill that I was not expecting or had planned for. I cannot complain about the service or the repair. The company needs to focus on communicating to the customer before doing work on something so the customer can make an informed decision, not get blindsided.

Professional and knowledgeable, great customer service. Terrific spare parts range on site.Because they are good you will likely need to wait for a booking for any servicing but it will get done right at a decent price

Left our van to have hotwater system checked and repaired, prior to floods. They advised needed two small parts, I ordered and paid. I couldn't get a hold of them, due to floods, for one week. When I finally got onto them, they hadn't called to reassure van ok, couldn't tell me status of repairs. Asked them to call back, you know CUSTOMER SERVICE, they did not. Called again, on Wednesday, still no idea on status of repairs. Husband then rang only to be told parts ordered were wrong size!!! Went and picked up on the Friday, collected keys, asked for the refund of cost of parts, but they told me they were keeping part of the money for service they didn't do! Unbelievably bad service.

Not happy ...my winnebago motorhome blown fuse to 12v fridge and 2 ceiling lights told me it was going to need to be fully rewired 5 to 10 k... done nothing and had the f hide to charge me $210 for absolutely nothing had it fixed next day at west ballina I'll will never go back to this place again it's a shame as I have been buying bits and pieces from there for few years now and to make it worse I had to give them one star to be able to send my review ( joke)

Would never recommend this place ..poor customer service, poor workmanship . Had to take my motorhome back twice for rectification . Had to stay overnight to give them plenty of time to fix roof leak but they did nothing . Assessor was angry and told me get it out of their workshop and take it elsewhere .

Great selection on parts, helpful and friendly staff. I had been searching for a drawer catch in my travels through 3 states and finally found the correct ones here at RV & Caravan Centre.

Had a Tucson electronic sway control fitted, service was fantastic from start to finish. Jonathan at the front counter was extremely helpful with advice and schedulingthe work, then I returned today to have the system tested on road for peace of mind and Matt was extremely obliging offering to take me for a drive and show how the system activated, could not have been more happy.

I should have trusted the 3.6 stars , i didn't and now i regret it dearly.I took my caravan in late February for some water leaks, i ve been very specific and clear that it probably wasn't the windows, since 2 of them were always under the awnings and that the water was clearly coming from above. Yet they were certain and i trusted them ,there goes 3.8k on windows fixing and few little things . They also done few little electrical jobs , blown up a main fuse somewhere leaving us without electricity for 3 weeks untill they could booked me in again , so me , my wife and my 2 toddlers, we live in the van , were without light , flush and anything electric basically. Took the van in again, charged 180dol for fuse send me home and told me to wait for the insurance. It took them 3 weeks to file the claim , which got denied because they didn't even file the right paperwork. After 3 months and 4k lighter i still here with a leaking van which i will hopefully fix myself .They got no clue , no communication, staff are rude and careless , the business owner didn't even want to find a common ground and negotiate.They are busy as hell , thanks to the northern rivers flooding , so my comment will probably fall in the abyss , but i hope people wont make the same mistake and trust the reviews instead... stay away
