The staff are delightful and their service is exceptional. The acoustics are good and the decor is unique and considered. Finally, the food is consistently sensational. My family is so thrilled with it that we intentionally stop here every time we travel between Sydney and Canberra. Kudos to the owner and team behind this establishment! You’re so good, you motivated me to write my first review!

Very disappointing. Schnitzel was cold and obviously not breaded in house. Chips were good. Salad was yuck. The bathrooms were not clean and watching the tables wiped down was surprising as only 50% of it was wiped. Won’t be back.

Lovely quiet cafe.Food, coffee and teas were yummy.Loved the flavoured hash browns.Was able to get a seat straight away and did not have to wake long at all for our food.Staff are police and courteous.

Great food.Crunchy, nicely seasoned chips.Steak sandwich was better than I expected, but the bottom went soggy before I could eat it all.I loved the Turkish bread though. The chutney was beautiful.Good chai and coffee.5 star juice and milkshakes.The grilled chicken burger was great.Kids pancake was good. Quite a few m&ms.Service was good. The waitress wished us enjoyment of our meals and held the door for us. The only thing was that she did reach over my mother and I to pass a meal to my daughter across the table which caused us both to have to bend out of the way and stop eating so that the meal could be delivered - she should have walked around. It also meant that my mother had the waitress' arms in close proximity to her face.Other than that, all was good. The gent at the counter was lovely.We loved the free mother's day meals/drinks. Such a beautiful gesture. I've recommended to friends and we'll be back.

Arrived from Canberra expecting to have lunch at Roses, only to discover the change of name and owners. Same layout, same lovely outlook and surprisingly cool on a 30+ summers day. Overall the food was good. I don't really want to nit pick as the current owners are likely fresh to the cafe game. Areas to improve slightly would include food presentation, seating layout (space is under utilised) and the often forgotten background music. Service was exceptional. We would normally choose the Paragon (becoming a bit jaded now) but will likely return to 5911.

Tasty butter chicken but no papadums.Very good coffee. Friendly staff. Very cold cafe with no heating! Nachos were disappointing. Slow service but picked up while we were there with more staff arriving. Toilets need a good clean!

The place is amazing! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide menu list and amazing coffee. The food is absolutely amazing- everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Service was delightful and very professional. If you are looking for brekkie, brunch, lunch it is the place. Recommended 10/10

Traditional Australian meals. We stopped in for lunch and wasn't disappointed. Very well priced
