Always have been looked after very well with no problems.

I thought the system was great. The reception staff were really helpful and friendly and they are super busy. The student I had was spot on and I was sent for x-rays. As it was a little unusual another dentist came into check and agreed. I felt totally reassured and extremely satisfied with the care I received. I would highly recommend.

One receptionist was initially Rude unhelpful. Uncaring. Couldn't care less. But once I got in to see a dental student they were fantastic and did a great job. Will be back. Thank you.

Rudest service I've ever received,one receptionist has the most sour face expression I've encountered which made myself and my children extremely uncomfortable.Absolutely no bedside manner,totally unorganized.Told me 4 days in a row to come at 8:15 then when I arrive tell me they're already booked out,how??Wish i could give 0 star review

You're lucky to even get an appointment. If you do it's with a student who can't do much without their supervisor. This has led to me getting misdiagnosed in the past, Only to end up in more pain and needing to go back. usually winding up on a year long wait list suffering unless can afford to go private.

I came from collie. And website said you were open till 5pm but were closed at 4pm this seriously needs updating

The receptionists are the rudest most awful people I have ever had to deal with. No hello, just major attitude. I walked in the door with a smile and and a hello and the receptionist just glared. So I tried to smile at the lady receptionist next to her..same response. Was told I could only come in at 8.30am if I was in pain otherwise no go.. forget preventive treatment. I've been a dental assistant before and your job is to make the patient feel welcome and comfortable, regardless of their income. It's called being professional and adhering to a code of conduct. My daughter was with me and was blown away by the way they treated me. I pay private now, well worth it to be treated with respect.
