Good quick service

I had the worst experience with this insurance. One of a guy who insurance their car with this company hit my car from the rear and it was totally his fault. And they put me through this Global transport insurance. First of all, the receptionist lady was so rude and the service they gave me was horrible. They Never call you back, I had to keep on calling them every time and they keep saying they will call me back but never did. They play me around for 2 month till they fixed my car.

Very bad experience. Unprofessional.Do not call people back. Very rude on the phone. Had to constantly call them to resolve the claim to which I had no fault.

The employees are very rude, poor service especially Lucy Stevens who picked up the call. She insulted my elderly mom who was a victim of an accident involving their client.

Absolutely useless company. They disputed my claim stating I was at fault for an accident with a bus they insure. The bus merged into the side of my car from the left hand lane, and didn't stop after hitting me. I have since provided further evidence and now they aren't returning my insurance companies calls or attempts for communication. It's been over a week and we haven't heard a word from them. I've now had to pay excess (which is well over over 1k, because I am under 25) just to get my car fixed in the mean time, as I have been almost 3 weeks without a road worthy vehicle. I don't even know what grounds they have to dispute the liability, as all they told my insurance company was their information was different to the information i provided when i lodged the claim. Incredibly unprofessional.

Absolute worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. Threatening letters when their insured driver was at fault and giving me seven days to respond to a letter that was dated 10 days ago. I haven't even spoken with them in person so tomorrow will be a delight.

I strongly DO NOT recommend anyone to join this company, they are the worst insurance provider ever. They never call people back and they are so rude to people over the phone. Their customer service is very dissatisfying. They do not helped people at all. The process of getting your car fixed by this insurance is so long about 3 month when they sort thing out even if the accident is not your fault.
