The girls serving last night (2/10) and tonight (3/10/2022) need a lot of training on customer service. Yesterday we, a group of 14 reached the premises slightly before 9 pm and found the place closed and despite seeing us, the girls didn't bother opening up. Today we went to the premises again, were served and we were sitting down while eating the ice cream. However we were asked to leave the premises at 9. Totally unimpressed with the attitude of the girls. Will spend our money on places that are more deserving.

As a mother I’m very disappointed! I sent my children into get an ice cream tonight at 8.45pm and they were waiting in line for 20 minutes with teenage girls purposely serving slowly! When entering the premises, they were told that they could not serve after 9pm. After waiting for a ridiculously long time, they were told to escort themselves out. This is disgusting as it was a treat for my 50th birthday. Never come here. NEVER!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst ice cream place in Tasmania. Do not recommend at all. Got a super shake" and it's supposedly meant to be "super thick" it was as thin as water. They only used a tiny little scoop of each flavor of ice cream. Asked them to fix it up and they put 2 more little scoops of ice cream in it and assumed it would be fine"

Give these poor kids a break! These girls are doing such a great job working until late in the heat with lines out the door! So what if they’ve asked you to leave when they're closed? I went in and received great service and amazing ice cream. Good job to these girls.

Never tested their ice cream but even if i get a chance i won't go there. I went there tonight at 8:50 pm and it was closing at 9:00 PM and they told us they can't offer ice cream anymore as they are closing in 10 minutes. If they can't offer they should put a sign board that they are closed. Open sign was there.Very bad impression on the very first day.

Hadn't been for years and still so so good! Staff member was also super friendly and lovely. My daughter had double chocolate ice cream with Skittles, choc chips, freckles and a Lindt ball. I had coffee ice cream with brownie, cookie dough and Ferreros - both 10/10!
