We Popped in for a light snack and spritz … what a great afternoon! The tempura prawns were amazing - fresh, crispy and lightly flash fried and the chips were thick and lightly fried. The spritz was nice and you could taste the Prosecco and aperol! Together with the super friendly team, stylish decor, great views and the amazing Joe Mangovan singing - it was a fabulous afternoon! Well done! We shall be back! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Was a little concerned after reading a few reviews but we had a great experience. Waiters were accommodating & offered our kids some activities on arrival. The food was excellent and priced well. My husband eats steak everywhere and this place was in his top 3, perfectly cooked, rare striploin that melted in your mouth. Beer battered barramundi was fresh and battered in house, calamari was delish too! Seated on the high tables with a lovely view. Excuse the food presentation as we dig in before getting a snap.

We had another wonderful family get together breakfast last Saturday - 15 of us. Wonderful breakfast buffet added to a great location. Staff happily look after us very well especially as we have family members with dietary requirements. We will continue to repeat this. Love it.

Always enjoy Sunday afternoon at Yves listening to live music - and was very impressed with the new menu. More choices and some really interesting dishes. Thanks to the friendly staff for making it especially enjoyable.

We went for the Christmas dinner special as we were staying at Sebel and I’m glad we did. We had a 3 course menu starting with an amazing prawns with an eclectic blend of flavours. The main course was grilled turkey with an assortment of sauces and roasted cauliflower. The desert was a chocolate fondant cake and a hazelnut praline. We loved the entire meal and it was definitely a fine dining meal.

I enjoyed a lovely Mothers' Day lunch with my 3 sons aged 17-21. The menu was interesting and special. Duck breast and pork belly were delicious and the boys loved their Wagyu beef burgers with plenty of delicious flat cut chips. The limoncello tiramisu was a nice change too. The staff were friendly, perhaps a little inexperienced, but that did not take away from good service. I had noticed this before and love that staff at Yves are patient, friendly and never pushy when it comes to taking your order. They give you plenty of time and come back with a smile. The stunning view and great live music by Joe Mungovan made for a perfect lunch. Unlike many other restaurants and cafes, Yves has carpet on the floor so it never gets too noisy for a good conversation over your meal.

Great atmosphere but that’s about it!Walking in I thought we were going to get pampered. Reservation for 6:30pm and the table was not set at all.We got sat and we waited… and waited…. And waited. 35 minutes later my partner got up and ordered our food at the counter. The people across from us didn’t see a waiter for another 20 minutes.Got back to the table with our drinks and we waited another 50 minutes for our food.I don’t understand how you can wait so long for your food just for it to be piping hot yet undercooked.Just a thoroughly disappointing experience altogether. At least the staff we DID see were pleasant.

Went here for a work thing. Wasn't busy on a Wednesday night. The food was very nice. Small menu, but I'd rather quality over quantity. Had the grilled fish for dinner which was amazing. The dessert wasn't as good as the main. But still nice. Atmosphere and ambiance is lovely. Staff were attentive and nice. Will be back.

Last Sunday we travelled to Kiama on the Picnic Train and after a niceprevious experience we booked a table at Yves for lunch. We were greeted by friendly smiles on arrival, shown to our window table and we were attended by attentive staff all afternoon. We were fortunate to have decided on this venue for lunch as the heavens opened up and we just sat in comfort looking over the harbour. The food was first class, entrees being Tempura Prawns (beautiful light and fluffy), and Autumn Scallops (melt in the mouth) followed by two serves of Battered Fish which was delicious and the batter was nice and light.Pre lunch we celebrated a birthday with a couple of glasses of bubbles and with and post lunch we had a bottle of Habitat Pinot Grigio and coffee. Finally we had to make our way back to the railway station in the pouring rain.Thank You for making our day so special.

We were very pleasantly surprised by Yves! We came on a Weekend night when everything was booked in Kiama. The look of Yves seemed super-fancy, and we almost didn't have a look, but my husband peeked at the menu and it wasn't any more expensive than anything else in the area.We were worried it would be stuffy and unwelcoming (because that's what it looks like), but the staff was delightful, we had excellent food, our daughter was happy, and they made great cocktails!I'm vegetarian, and my dish was delish and our daughter was pleased with hers from the kids menu.
