My favourite EB Games shopfront :) I've never had bad service and the workers are extremely kind and easy to talk to. After a terrible experience with other shops and games, I've dedicated this shop to be my one-stop for all my console game needs as it is far superior. Thank you team

Only 2 EB games store in Bunbury. This one is the best! The staff were friendly & unlike the other EB games store, they had no problem matching the cost of a game to the lowest price from Big W store. Totally recommend this store before the other. Not corrupt by greed!

What happened? EB games isn’t there anymore. I was away for two weeks at Perth and now it’s gone, the store isn’t there nor even a sign. Has it moved? Has it shut down? Pretty sad :(

Love this store, my son lives it, I just wish they'd have more games for peer teens and teen-agers that weren't so violent. Good staff and Information. Just found some games cheaper than here but you get good pre order gifts when ordering

Parents should beware when letting their children shop here.Sadly my experience with this store is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever endured in my life.This store sold a product to a minor that did not meet very clearly detailed requirements, resulting in the product being unusable in anyway. The very outcome that the child was afraid of and sought advice for. Multiple attempts to resolve this were met with a refusal to acknowledge that the wrong product had been sold or even an attempt to resolve the problem in any way.Taking advantage of children is never ok and this is poor form from EB Bunbury.

Knowledgeable staff.Very helpful.Had my first Zip pay order.If you do use Zip pay order online first before going to get, or you will need to wonder Centrepoint for 15 mins to collect your order.
