Yep this is a great bridge, it stretches from Stockton to Kooragang Island and is Port Stevens gateway to newcastle & also Williamtown/Newcastle AirPort..Great fishing spot beneath this Newcastle Landmark when the tide is right..

Probably the best bridge over the North Arm of the Hunter River at Kooragang Island. Great views from the bridge deck and not a bad fishing spot underneath at either end. Also known as the Dinosaur Bridge because of its long arched back that looks like a bit like Brontosaurus.

I think there needs to be health warnings on this bridge. I had such a severe short lived panic attack. I felt like I was about to have a heat attack or seizure. The adrenaline panic made me physically unwell, with palpations to my spine.I will never travel across this bridge again, it doesn't represent what the people want.

Went fishing here a couple time in the early morning, got lucky and caught some decent size fish. Other times I just ended up feeding them all my bait. If the weather allows it, you get a great view of the sunrise.

Was built in 1971, quiet high to provide access to the big ship. It is a prominent structure that can be view from different high grounds in Newcastle. The bridge connect to Stockton and onwards to Newcastle airport to Nelson Bay

good view of Newcastle, traffic makes it interesting to shoot from nice reserve beside it too
