Paladin arrived in the afternoon on a Sunday after I called that morning. They were very professional and did an excellent job replacing our hot water system at a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend using this company!

Their technician, Sonny was a delight. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable. He removed my broken old gas pool heater and installed a new heat pump – done within a couple of hours! Sonny went through the features and connections, answered my questions; truly an excellent experience. I would highly recommend this outfit, A+.

I was contacted by Dean who ran me through some options for sizing a Madimack Pool Heater, pending my requirements (i.e pool size - blanket / no blanket etc) and they came and did a site inspection to find a suitable location. The prices were extremely competitive and within a few weeks of making contact – my pool heater was installed and connected (levergaing existing Solar Heater piping) and has been running without a hassle. The unit looks sleek (no ugly fan) – runs pretty quiet and electricity usage has been fine with the Dontek controller – turning off once it gets to the set temperature. Very happy with the Madimack product and service provided by Dean and Sonny (+others!) at Paladin.

The time between initial contact and quotation was incredibly fast. The whole process from quotation to installation was seamless and professional. We are loving our heated pool!
