I feel mixed about this shop. 6 months ago I brought a helmet from this store and it was a very good experience and a great price. Last week, I came in with my scooter just asking a question about pumps because my tire on it was out and the owner kicked me out without letting me say a single word. It was a shame because I just wanted to buy local and support a shop that I had good service from before but looks like I won't be coming back until the owner learns how to address a customer with something they may or may not know about fixing.

Dave is Helpful, polite and extremely knowledgeable. He did a great job on my bike and didn't charge me the ridiculous Noosa bicycle shop style prices I have unfortunately paid before. Check them out, they're worth it.

After flying in from Darwin I had issues with my gearing. I rang and spoke with Dave and he was a pleasure to deal with giving my bike a thorough and precise look over. Dave was very knowledgeable and experienced, would 110% recommend Pedal Power Plus.Very well priced too.Thanks again Dave for getting me back on the bike.

During our Cobb and Co camping holiday last week, both of my children had bicycle emergencies. Dave was able to fit us in at short notice, and he fixed the issues quickly for a fair price. He is not only polite and friendly, but passionate about bikes. Irrespective of what he needed to fix, he ensured that the whole bike functioned normally. Amazing service you just don't see anymore! Thanks again Dave!

David is an insanely decent human! He supplied and services my Giant MTB. Returned to me yesterday after a chain and sprocket change he had cleaned and polished the frame and wheels, even refilled the water bottle! It now runs as new, becauseDavid knows bikes. I should add I was delayed collecting it, rang to explain and he stayed open late to facilitate a Friday evening pickup!

When you know enough about bikes to know that when you're dealing with someone who's got the experience then you know you're in good hands. Great hands actually.Took my Focus 29 E MTN bike in for its first service but also to diagnose a mystery rear brake fault on a bike that at the time had done less than 300k. (Even tho it was under warranty unfortunately I lived way to far away from the original dealer).David found and fixed the issue and trust me

Went here to purchase parts for sons bike and got kickout!!! because I said I'll do the work on the bike just wanting parts he asked if I'd pay him to fix the bearings i said ill fix it im looking for a seat and handle grips to restore bike he then asked me to leave n not come back seems like he would have no business what a @#$*

Very helpful. Bought some bike pants. Mentioned I needed a puncture repair kit and he gave me some patches at no additional cost. Good customer service.
