Custumer service not good at all, one of the employees was that unhelpful he suggested we go somewhere else. Very unprofessional to say the very least. Will not go back there ever again and recommend that other people don't go there as well. So disappointed

Worst experience.Staff would not let me in the shop, I was really keen on coming in and understanding the full range of products they have to offer. I can always find things to buy in these types of stores. It is also part of my job to direct customers to these electrical wholesalers, i have always recommended L&H. But not anymore, i would hate for anyone else to have this experience.

The attendant behind the counter has absolutely no clue as to what he is selling. Sold me the wrong item. Then charged a surcharge to restock blaming me for the wrong item. Then sold me another, supposed right one, but before I walked out I checked and it was wrong again. He charged me another surcharge for his mistake. Will never use them again. One of the rudest attendant I have ever dealt with.
