Terrible customer service, called for a job to be done on a Monday (staff member said it was possible to have the job complete by Friday), I had to call to follow up on the Tuesday and Wednesday as they didn't respond to my email.By the Thursday, same response, someone will call me back with an update.No phone call... called again and same response!If the job can not be complete, the customer should be notified in a timely fashion so other plans can be arranged, this is only fair.

They have done a great job with booklets that I have needed, and been really helpful with helping me choose the type of stock - that stuff is confusing to me but its always turned out great.
