12/12/2022It would have to be one of the worst massages I have ever had.I paid for a 60 minute Full Body massage and only received around 52 minutes (I set the timer on my mobile phone).Not only that, the masseuse did not massage my chest and only massaged the front of my right leg...not the front of my left leg.When I asked her if she was going to massage my chest, she replied 'we don't massage the chest'.I have lived in Malaysia and Thailand and had many massages...this definitely not up to that level.NO WAY would I recommend Orchid Thai Massage.Furthermore, I previously received a message from the owner saying that I should tell the truth when up-loading a post...well I am telling the truth and maybe the owner should take more notice of the customer's bad experience.

I can not speak highly enough about the great Massage I received at Orchid Thai Massage GC.I had a massive headache and the masseuse gave me a great relaxing massage and my headache went away.I can not thank you enoughI look forward to my next massage, next week

Great experience! Booked a 1 hour massage for two via groupon and opted to upgrade and pay extra for the deep tissue massage, definitely worth it. The massage rooms are very simple but if you prefer a quality massage to get rid of tension and knots rather than a fancy day spa then this is the place for you.Thanks Angela and Phoebe, we look forward to seeing you next time!

The massage had no strength so I asked to make it more firm, she interrupted the massage and said I would need to pay more. Not only was it unprofessional, but it ruined the massage.// IN RESPONSE TO WHAT THE OWNER HAS WRITTEN: Her statement is false, she did not ask what pressure. It was the strength of a 10 year old girl, it was not a massage and I still had to pay!

Appointment process by phone was quick and easy and hassle free with good English speaking staff.Had no problem finding parking on side street within 30 metres walking distance to main entrance but strongly suggest looking this up in advance especially during weekday peak business hours.Within 20 mins from placing our booking our couples massage was underway. Massage therapists were great with accommodating to our needs.Very small inside with open curtained room in office area or option for more privacy in 2 separate heated rooms.Clean and tidy.A little noisy with Trams and pedestrians passing by outside but it's Surfers Paradise so it's to be expected really.
