Pilates Republic Brunswick

The studio is absolutely beautiful. My first Hot Pilates class there was taken by Nadia. It was fun, challenging and I definitely worked up a sweat. The instructors are so friendly and helpful, I highly recommend this studio for anyone that wants to get a great workout!!

50 STARS!!!I love this studio! All of the trainers are so friendly, with a wealth of knowledge and create excellent flowing classes. The reformer studio has the BEST reformers, light open space with room to move. The hot studio is absolutely epic! A great distraction when the instructor is absolutely killing you. Could not recommend this place more!

I've recently joined PR Brunswick - over the past 3 weeks every class I've taken has been different (new exercises every single session). Instructors are great!I've already noticed positive changes and strength in my body. Love it!

Pilates Republic is an incredible studio. Extremely inclusive and welcomes all, the staff are so lovely. There is always a wide range of movements in reformer & mat, very dynamic and a full body workout! Highly recommend!

So happy this studio has opened up close to home! The instructors were so welcoming, the space is lovely, and the class was super fun and motivating! I felt as though I was pushed more than I have been at other reformer studios I've been to, yet still encouraged to work at my own pace and level.

This is a nice studio, in a great location. I have enjoyed majority of the classes I’ve done here. They are small classes which is good.However, I would not recommend the studio if you are a beginner - especially the Saturday classes taught by Paul. This class is advertised as an open reformer class for all levels - however there was lots of exercises I wasn’t able to do, even though I have been trying hard at Pilates the last few months. There was no regressions for these exercises and I was told to wait until I could participate again. It made me feel pretty bad about myself and I ended up pushing myself to an injury, which I was too embarrassed to say anything about. It didn’t really feel all that inclusive, if a class isn’t suitable for all levels it shouldn’t be advertised as an open class.

I absolutely love going to Pilates Republic Brunswick!!! The studio has such an awesome energy and atmosphere and I really look forward to going to every class. I love how the studio offers both reformer and hot Pilates and I have enjoyed being able to incorporate both into my routine as they complement each other both so well. All the trainers go above and beyond to help you throughout the class and always offer options to regress and options to really challenge yourself. After doing pilates at Pilates Republic I can honestly say I wouldn’t go anywhere else - can’t recommend it enough!
