Nothing but praise for the way we and our Labrador were treated on his journey to the bridge. Also great customer service and noticed lots of returning humans picking up food and medication for their fur kids. Very accommodating vet who helped our boy on his journey.

Have given one star because it wont allpe me to give zero. Last week, my 15 year old kelpie was in distress and having kidney cancer, I knew it was her time. I called Blake's crossing vet and there was a recording saying they are probably dealing with another emergency, leave a msg and number and they will get back to me. And they never did. Not a few hours after, not even the next morning. So my beautiful old girl suffered through the night. Unacceptable and will never take any animal of mine there!

After having my cat missing for 10 days I thought it was best to have her looked over and make sure her health is 100%Not only did the reception person book my cat in as a husky, the vet was beyond arrogant about the situation that was out of my control and was just absolutely rough towards my animals, dragging her around on the table like a rag doll when you could clearly tell she was distressed from her 10 day adventure, the cat cage and car drive.Usually blakeview would be my go to, but after this experience absolutely not.If you don't like your job, find another.

I wish I had read the reviews before taking my dog to this vet. what I started with, was the most loyal, beautiful, sensitive and well adjusted companion. After taking her for her first yearly check, since moving here. After the visit, she was left completely traumatised by what I believe (IMO) was rough treatment during the procedure, my dog is now terrified of entering a vet.

We had an emergency with our pet dog Myles in the middle of the night and I rung blakes crossing vet. They were awesome, they did life saving surgery on him during the early hours, he would not be with us if it hadn't been for there after hours emergency service

If I could give them no stars I would. My late dog Bella had been going there since they opened. She was really ill and had stopped eating. They never did any tests or really acknowledged what I said to them. They just pumped her full of antibiotics. She saw them Friday morning and by that night she was vomiting blood. Rang their emergency number 5 times, 4 times voicemail and 1 time I got through. They said vomiting blood was nothing and to ring in the morning and MAYBE they’d be able to see her. We ended up taking her to SASH. She was severely dehydrated and she was admitted. Two days later and a battery of tests later it was discovered that she had a mass in her stomach lining, a prolapse and something wrong with her adrenal gland’s. She had to be put down and as distressing as that is, it’s made worse with the fact that she was in pain for god knows how long because of their incompetence. I would not take any pet there if you want them to have a long and happy life.

Brought a baby puppy to the surgery, via after-hours appointment, in respiratory distress. Was given little care and told they wouldn't keep it on oxygen overnight since no one would be staying on the premises so it was best to take it home.Had to listen to the puppy struggle for breath all night, hours of gasping, until he finally passed in the early hours morning. It was traumatic, and heartbreaking. And at the end of the day, was charged close to $350 for no compassion or positive/reasonable outcome - felt as though they treated the situation as an inconvenience.

Blake's crossing has been the best vet I have ever taken my pets too, 2 dogs and 2 guinea pigs. They have always been amazing, the vets and staff are lovely and thanks to the vet who seen my furry baby Andre ( big fat black guinea pig)They never push services and products I don't want and their pricing is extremely cheap compared to numerous other clinics I have been to.I Couldn't speak of this clinic more highly, so Thank you
