My friends and I booked their holiday accommodation for a long-weekend getaway. Unfortunately, when we arrived there were people already staying in the house which we booked! The owner had listed the property on multiple third party websites and double booked the house. Mistakes happen, but it was the way they dealt with the situation that was utterly unprofessional and unsympathetic. Firstly, they wouldn’t answer the phone when we tried to call and they would only send us texts. After texting back and forth with no resolution, we received no apology, just shifting the blame to the website we booked through. Very disappointing and rude service.

Unprofessional! Other language might be more appropriate to describe my experience. Definitely wouldn't recommend this Real Estate Business. Unfortunately there's not too many competitors in the area. Someone else could easily dominate the market. If at all possible, avoid listing your House/property/Land and also avoid purchasing through this business. The inconvenience of the alternatives will most likely still be worth it.
