Recently had a great experience when visiting the shop whereby I needed to get some spare fridge parts. Got great unbiased advice and the part I needed. Was very pleased to get the fridge fixed, given it stopped working properly over the weekend.Have dealt with Cool Cats a number of times and can only recommend their service!.

As soon as I walked in a gentleman can’t up to assist.I told him the dimensions of the space and pointed at a fridge immediately that will fit. Organised delivery for in a month and was east as that. Started to have problems with the fridge less than a year later and contacted them and they were so helpful! Sent someone out to have a look at it, then gave a loan fridge while attempting to fix ours.So so helpful and the customer service was brilliant. I would easily recommend and would use them again.

Careful with theses guys, quick turnaround and love cash, promised the world and don’t quite deliver, didn’t for us anyway. Freezer door was broken, hadn’t been serviced at all, light bulb still fused yet we were told all was good to go and we getting a good deal. When I complained, we were out of zone for repair and needed to bring it back for them to check, even though I collected the “ready to go” fridge earlier that day
