Would recommend Jess & Adore Fitness 100% over! I started training with Jess after having a baby, feeling pretty lost on where to start and not confident at all in my body. Jess made me feel comfortable instantly and just completely understood my goals. She focused on good technique and working to my ability so that it wasn’t daunting and I reached my goal weight way sooner than I expected. More than that I felt stronger than before I had a baby! Jess is also just a top chick, so working out was never boring

I was apart of a boot camp run by Jess last year, she is very professional, works you to your comfort zone and offers great advice on nutrition.
