We were very impressed by the level of service and their quick response too. They had us bug free (and bite free) straight away, we only wished we had rung them sooner. They did a follow up spraying 10 days later to make 100% sure we had eliminated them all.

We had Josh over to treat a cockroach infestation that was quite prolifically distributed over the property... not being the standard treatment that we all initially thought would be adequate. Dave in the office and Josh on the ground, advised me on the most guaranteed and economic way forward, which Josh then carried out with care to various spray sensitive areas of the property - veggies, cats and bees :)Very happy with the quality of the work, and sincere customer care from both Dave and Josh!

First found them four years ago when I bought my first house — I did my due diligence when I was looking for someone to do the termite treatment and grilled Dave on practically everything you could ask: his insurance, qualifications, the chemicals he used, his pricing, etc. He didn't bat an eyelid and was happy to answer all my over-the-top questions. I ended up going with Gremlin, and I couldn't be happier. Since then I've used them every year for their annual spray. It's no longer just Dave — he's grown the business and his brother and son are usually the guys doing my place — but it's still very much a family business with genuine care for customers and results. The son Matt is particularly impressive; he has a fantastic work ethic, and he's polite, cheerful, and knows his stuff back to front. They have a guarantee on results but I've never had to use it — they do the job well. And best of all, I've lived an almost bug-free life for the past four years. Gremlin's Pest Control was an easy and straightforward service that helped us with removing spiders and other insects in our home. David explained the process thoroughly and with great detail, so that we know exactly what will happen and how long the service will take. The service was professionally executed, and upon our arrival after 3 hours of waiting, we had noticed the insects laid out on our floors. David was surely telling the truth when he mentioned how many insects would come out from their hiding spots.
