In the last couple of weeks I have left my would be purchases of $70 & higher & walked out because no one is serving on the cash registers any more. I do not work for you kmart, you do not pay me or give me a discount for serving myself. I'm old school I want to be served. Old fashioned customer service. I just wonder how many people walk out like me & how much money goes walking too.Its a shame because over the year's I loved shopping at kmart but not no more if that's how you want to run your business.

Staff need to check products when they’re returned by customers. Purchased a dog play pen which had clearly been used by someone and returned and then put back on the shelf. Dirt, holes. Can’t believe someone actually returned it used for a measly $22. CBF returning it for a refund so bought another one elsewhere.

We had an awesome encounter with Dylan, aka “Rusty”. He was extremely helpful and friendly and probably the best person at Kmart. Honestly, he should be on the marketing team because he is very cool and creative. Thanks for your help my friend!

Visiting the Stafford store yesterday, 18.0.2023 I was greeted by a pleasant young person by the name of Sable. Sable checked my items and was very polite and engaging. Lovely customer service experience. Thank you Sable

called into the home department to enquire on their availability of fans (since the website says this store has them in stock) and was attended to by a lady who evidently does not want to be there. when asked about the fan, she replied - sarcastically, that is - saying that we're coming into winter and they dont have fans anymore. perplexed, i told her the website says they have it under clearance and is stock at this store. compelled by unknown reasons, she sassily repeated herself we're coming into winter and we dont have fans anymore." i'm fully aware we're going into winter but where's this hostility coming from and for what exactly??? am i suddenly not allowed to use fans to cool myself down even when its 0 degrees out??? baby no one's paying you to be sarcastic just get your job done and go??"

Sort out your stock availability problem. Your website shows stock available and the hand held devices show it, yet none. So many times this happens, time to update your inventory system or get better stock integrity processes! Waste of time

I ordered some containers for delivery, they did not get delivered and I was told to come into the store to pick them up. When I came into the store, I was told they had no record of the order and to email the manager. I emailed the manager, with absolutely no response. So I am now out the money for the containers, and the delivery, with no communication or care from the store or it's managers.
