Love everything about this place! From Decor, great ambiance to foods n service. Clean toilet with Dyson hand dryer!! Detail details details I ❤️ it.Best Roti in the city IMO oh and the Satay sauce OMG I think I have to go back again this weekend.

Super friendly service. We had 3 curry combo with roti & nasi minyak with Curry chicken, beef rendang & tangy dish. Roti was so buttery & crunchy…. So yum!!! Beef rendang had a melt in mouth feel. And ended with Roti Tisu plus coconut soft serve & now am super full & satisfied.

Venue is nice and clean, service is impeccable. Food-wise, we tried both the KFC roti wrap and the butter chicken wrap which were flavoursome and rotis were sufficiently crispy and fluffy. Roti tisu was lovely and close to authentic though pricey. Worth a try though! Unfortunately the rojak was not what I expected and tasted more like a watered down Gado Gado, but I would be keen to return and try other things on the menu :)Check me out on insta @_chewrious for more food reviews!! :)

We ordered English breakfast and Recovery. The wrap was delicious. Straight 10/10. It soft and crispy, and not oily at all. But the topping inside was just normal, as we expected. We also had a latte and long macchiato. The latte was quite strong and bitter for my friend, but for me it was so good. It was strong enough to make my day. The long macchiato was good too with a bit of thin foam in top. When finished the coffee cup, you would taste a bit of creamy from the thin foam. It was a nice experience

Stopped by this cafe twice today! Came in the morning for a cappuccino and had to try the breakfast roti paratha. Both the coffee and the roti were delicious. Stopped by again this evening to try the spinach and feta roti. It was also very good. The cafe had a fun vibe and the service was fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend you give this place a try!

Loved it!Food is delicious and polished, not a classic dish!I had some dessert too and I was very satisfied with everything.David Bowie theme is amazing and customer service was nice!Hopefully i will be able to go back soon

Kafe Kooks is awesome! I had the gadu gadu wrap which was very well made and very tasty. Wrap had a nice filling with fries on the side made a good combo. The service was quick and very friendly. Place has a very cosy ambience and beautiful interiors. Would be back for more!

Was referred to Kooks by some friends and have to say… WOW!!Loaded chips with butter curry & sambal sauce with pickled onions - GAME CHANGER!!Reuben Madabak was delicious & I will definitely be back to try the others!I had it with a lovely sour beer to boot.The donuts and everyone else’s food looked AMAZING!And the staff were lovely.. the locals obviously love them and it was really nice to see.I WILL BE BACK!!!!

Cafe Kooks does what I consider possibly the best breakfast offering in the inner city of Sydney. Serving traditional Aussie breakfast favourites but with a twist - deliciously soft, slightly sweet roti bread instead of hard crust sourdough found at most other cafes. Very, very highly recommended.
